The Opportunity
Full-time Store Manager for the news@bne store at Brisbane Airport, leading the team and driving customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the standard for service and style as the face of the store
- Lead, coach and inspire the team to hit targets
- Manage store operations with accountability and attention to detail
- Uphold presentation and brand standards
Essential Requirements
- Experience in a similar leadership role in high-energy retail
- Strong communication and coaching abilities
- Flexibility for rotating shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to obtain an ASIC
