The Opportunity
Stores Officer supporting Engineering, Workshops and Procurement, including remote stores and the Alliance Distribution Centre (ADC), based in Pinkenba, Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Store environment functions, ensuring safety and compliance
- Support the Stores network and identify system/procedure improvements
- Maintain and manage inventory across the local Store and network
- Coordinate stock ordering and transfers
- Assist with local procurement activities
- Support routable repairs management and processing
- Assist internal/external audit teams as required
Essential Requirements
- Secondary education and a driver's licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise, plan and organise workload
Desirable
- Cert 4 in Warehousing Operations or Logistics
- Dangerous Goods Shippers Certificate
- Forklift licence
- Stores, logistics or warehousing experience, ideally in aviation
