The Opportunity
AIRWAY is seeking motivated and reliable Freight Coordinators to join its Brisbane Airport operation. Whether you're an experienced forklift operator, warehouse professional, or looking to build a long-term career, full paid training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely screen, load and unload cargo
- Operate forklifts and airside vehicles
- Coordinate cargo movements throughout the terminal
- Complete operational documentation and system updates
- Maintain accurate records and compliance standards
- Follow workplace health, safety and aviation security requirements
Essential Requirements
- Current Australian driver licence with own reliable transport
- Current LF forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to obtain and maintain an ASIC
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen, and police check
- Flexibility to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including early starts from 4:00am
