About the Role
MSS Security is seeking Customer Experience Officers to join the team at Brisbane Airport in a permanent part time position. In this role, you will assist passengers by providing directions and information while delivering a high standard of customer service in a busy airport environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to passengers and visitors throughout the terminal
- Offer clear directions and guidance to passengers to help them navigate the terminal efficiently
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
- Enhance the passenger experience during peak periods by proactively guiding passengers and providing clear, helpful information to support smooth terminal flow
Essential Requirements
- Full Australian working rights
- Valid driver's licence
- Availability to work on a 24/7 rotational roster
- Ability to undergo and pass a medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing)
- Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication
