The Opportunity
Permanent part-time Passenger Services Delivery Agent at Brisbane International Airport, working a 24/7 roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-standard customer service for client airlines
- Carry out passenger check-in and related duties
- Assist passengers during disruptions or requiring special assistance
- Forward/deliver baggage to passengers
- Complete required paperwork and reporting on time
Essential Requirements
- 1–2 years' customer service experience
- Full Australian working rights; willing to complete police check, medical and Border Force clearance
- High-level computer skills
- Available across a 24/7 roster
