The Opportunity
Part-time Check-In/Passenger Services Officer roles at Sydney International Terminal, September start, working a 7-day rotational roster (4am–11pm).
Key Responsibilities
- Passenger check-in with attention to detail and efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout interactions
- Validate passports and travel documents accurately
- Tag baggage, arrange seating and issue boarding passes
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and security protocols
Essential Requirements
- Able to work 7-day rotational roster shifts, 4am–11pm
- Full working rights in Australia
- Willing to undergo police check, airport security check and pre-employment medical
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
