About the Role
As part of the Customer Service Crew, you'll be the welcoming face of the operation at Western Sydney International Airport, delivering check-in, boarding and passenger assistance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver check-in and PRM (passenger with reduced mobility) services
- Check bookings, issue boarding passes and verify passenger documentation
- Direct passengers to gates and complete boarding gate duties
- Assist passengers requiring wheelchair assistance using lifting equipment
- Provide baggage handling and liaise with passengers on missing baggage
Essential Requirements
- Excellent organisation, time management and customer service skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
