The Opportunity
3 part-time Passenger Reduced Mobility Agent roles at Sydney International Terminal, starting 11 August 2026. A highly physical role assisting passengers with reduced mobility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and transport passengers requiring wheelchair or Meet & Assist (MAAS) services
- Support passengers with reduced mobility and unaccompanied minors with baggage
- Work closely with Passenger Service Supervisors for seamless delivery
- Escort connecting passengers to further flights or terminals
Essential Requirements
- Physical capability for continuous walking, pushing, pulling and standing
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High standard of professional grooming and presentation
- Positive, proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment
