Passenger Reduced Mobility Agents at Gold Coast Airport deliver a seamless, welcoming experience for passengers with visible or non-visible disabilities and specific mobility needs, from terminal to aircraft.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored assistance to guests with disabilities or mobility needs through pre-boarding to departure gates
- Prepare and maintain Ground Support Equipment such as wheelchairs
- Transport guests using buggies, ensuring timely arrival at departure points
- Support boarding processes and assist during flight disruptions or cancellations
Essential Requirements
- Customer service experience combined with physical, hands-on roles
- Physically able to handle passenger baggage and operate wheelchairs (up to 20,000-30,000 steps daily)
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted work rights
- Valid Australian driver's licence; minimum age 18
