The company runs over 150 stores across 26 airports in Australia, New Zealand, and Noumea, with a workforce of more than 2,000 people. Its operations span four core business lines: Travel Essentials, Specialty, Duty Free & Luxury, and Food Service.

The company is globally enabled through the backing of the Lagardère group while being empowered to execute locally for customers and landlord partners. Its airport footprint includes a significant presence at major hubs, with 11 new stores planned at Western Sydney International Airport.
