The Opportunity
Operations Manager leading a portfolio of venues within Brisbane Airport's new Dining Precinct, opening between December 2026 and January 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive successful implementation and growth of multi-site operations
- Lead, inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Deliver new venue openings and operational improvements
- Maintain full P&L accountability and financial performance targets
- Oversee food safety and liquor compliance standards
Essential Requirements
- Extensive multi-site hospitality operations management experience
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Airport, travel or high-volume hospitality experience highly regarded
- Ability to obtain an ASIC
Pay
$120,000–$140,000 inclusive of bonus.
