About the Role

Surfers Paradise Helicopters, one of the Gold Coast's leading tourism operators, is seeking energetic, customer-focused Customer Service Agents to join its front-of-house team, shaping guests' experience from arrival through to take-off.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests into the terminal with warmth and enthusiasm
Manage check-ins and prepare passengers for their flight experience
Handle phone and in-person enquiries
Showcase the range of scenic flights and help guests choose the right experience
Engage with guests inside Sea World Theme Park, promoting and selling helicopter tours
Work closely with the operations team to keep everything running smoothly

Essential Requirements

Natural people-person delivering outstanding customer service
Confident using computers and systems (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Strong awareness of safety and procedures
Availability across weekdays, weekends and public holidays
