What You’ll Be Doing
- Passenger check-in with attention to detail and efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout interactions
- Validate passports and other essential travel documents accurately
- Tag baggage, arrange seating and issue boarding passes proficiently
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and security protocols
What We Need From You
- Ability to work a 7-day evening shift roster without restrictions (essential)
- Full working rights (essential)
- Ability to pass a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical (essential)
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- Professional and courteous communication, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational abilities
- Positive attitude and ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
- Strong teamwork skills and commitment to maintaining high standards
