The Opportunity
Link Airways is seeking an experienced Ground Handling Supervisor to join its FBO team based at Brisbane Airport, leading the team on shift and coordinating competing operational requirements to ensure every task is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily running of charter and scheduled airline operations
- Lead, support and direct operational staff
- Prioritise tasks and allocate resources across a busy operation
- Work closely with flight crew, ground staff and operational teams to ensure on-time departures
- Manage disruptions and make sound decisions under pressure
- Ensure compliance with safety, security and company procedures
Essential Requirements
- Previous airline or customer service experience (airline experience highly regarded)
- Strong people-management and leadership skills
- Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced operational environment
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
