About the Role
As a Ramp Crew Leader, you'll lead a team through aircraft arrivals, turnarounds and departures, providing day-to-day direction and ensuring operational standards, safety and on-time performance are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate work tasks for aircraft movements, ensuring on-time performance
- Ensure accurate loading/unloading of aircraft per load instructions and baggage reconciliation
- Conduct pre and post-flight briefings, leading by example on safety culture
- Manage GSE, reporting equipment malfunctions and checking serviceability
- Liaise with airline representatives and resolve issues at ground level
Essential Requirements
- Competent in ground handling operations, ramp safety and airside procedures
- Strong leadership, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
