The Opportunity
As Terminal Supervisor (12-month max-term contract, with potential for extension), you'll be at the heart of front-line operations across terminals and landside precincts, helping deliver a safe, secure and seamless experience for millions of passengers each year.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the on-ground operational response across terminal and landside environments
- Provide effective leadership to operational staff and service providers during routine operations and critical incidents
- Make timely, informed decisions under pressure during medical, security or emergency incidents
- Maintain oversight of terminal presentation, passenger flow and service delivery standards
- Manage stakeholder relationships with internal departments, government agencies and third-party providers
Essential Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a dynamic operational environment, preferably aviation, transport or large-scale infrastructure
- Demonstrated stakeholder management, conflict resolution and inter-agency collaboration capability
- Ability to work across a rotating roster
- Eligibility to hold an ASIC and Airside Driver Authority (ADA Cat 2)
