About the Role
Join the APAC Finance & Shared Services team in Bankstown, Sydney, in a role key to ensuring accurate, timely and compliant supplier payments, with flexible Monday to Friday working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices through eFlow and the company ERP system
- Manage invoice exceptions through SharePoint workflows
- Prepare payment proposals and process electronic payments (EFT, BPAY, wire transfers)
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain supplier master data and support month-end close activities
Essential Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance administration role
- Experience with ERP systems, Excel and SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
Salary
From AUD $70,000 plus Super, Bonus and employee benefits.
