About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll join the finance team delivering accurate, timely finance services to GE Aerospace's Military and Commercial businesses in Australia and Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable, including invoice collation, data entry, payments and reconciliation
- Verify transactions comply with financial policies and delegation of authority
- Support accounts receivable and limited payroll administration
- Manage expenses and credit card reconciliation
- Vendor liaison and troubleshooting, and support with month-end processes
Essential Requirements
- Proven expertise in finance/accounting, specifically accounts payable and receivable
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Must be an Australian citizen to meet Defence security requirements, and may need to hold a security clearance
