About the Role
A 6-month fixed-term Implementation Manager role leading the rollout of XOPS, an Airport Operations Management System, supporting new Ground Support Equipment Pooling Operations at Western Sydney International Airport.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation, configuration and operational rollout of XOPS
- Coordinate implementation activities, project milestones and go-live planning
- Deliver user training and drive adoption across airport operations
- Liaise with airport stakeholders, ground handlers and contractors
- Prepare user documentation and complete project handover to business-as-usual
Essential Requirements
- Experience implementing complex enterprise software or operational systems
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in aviation, logistics, transport or operational technology highly regarded
