The Opportunity
Cargo Co-Ordinator overseeing freight operations within a designated work area at Western Sydney Airport, ensuring productivity, performance and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate a team of freight staff
- Ensure productivity and performance criteria are achieved, including performance assessments
- Provide leadership, training and ongoing support to staff
- Organise and allocate work to meet operational requirements
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements
- Participate in probationary employee assessment panels
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience in freight or ground handling operations
- Valid Australian driver's licence
- Ability to obtain ASIC and Airside Driving Authority (ADA)
