About the Role
Assetlink is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead operations at Western Sydney International Airport, Australia's newest international airport, responsible for overall leadership, operational performance and service delivery across the contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all operational aspects of the Western Sydney International Airport contract
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders
- Manage contract performance, budgets and financial outcomes
- Lead, coach and develop a large, diverse frontline workforce
- Drive safety, compliance and operational excellence across the site
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale facilities management, cleaning, aviation or integrated services contracts
- Strong leadership experience managing large operational teams
- Experience within aviation or major infrastructure environments highly regarded
