The Opportunity
As Security Contract Manager, you'll be the key link between clients, Service Managers and frontline teams, ensuring contracts are delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard, overseeing day-to-day operations across your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead, mentor and support operational teams across one or more sites
- Oversee security operations including visitor services, asset protection, access control and crowd management
- Coach and develop supervisors and security personnel
- Monitor operational performance, quality and compliance
- Assist with rostering, workforce planning and after-hours operational support
Essential Requirements
- Current NSW Security Licence (1A); First Aid and CPR Certificate; NSW RSA card; full NSW driver licence
- Minimum 3 years' management experience leading teams of 20+ personnel
- Minimum 1 year frontline customer service experience
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining client relationships
