About the Role

WRHS is seeking an experienced B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join the Base Maintenance team at Broadmeadow, Newcastle. Reporting to the Senior Base Engineer and operating within a CASR Part 145 approved organisation, you will carry out maintenance, repair, overhaul, modification, assembly, and testing on the AW139 fleet safely and to a high standard. Applicants with an alternative heavy twin engine type rating will also be considered — an AW139 type rating conversion course is on offer.

Essential Requirements

  • CASA Part 66 Licence – B1.3
  • AW139 type rating, or alternative heavy twin engine type rating
  • Energetic problem solver and hands-on team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy including Air Maestro, SharePoint, Word, and Excel
  • Current Australian driver's licence
  • Right to live and work in Australia

Desirable

  • Experience working within an EMS environment
