About the Role
As Manager, Continuity Planning & Incident Preparedness, you will lead the development and embedding of a single, enterprise-wide resilience capability spanning airside, landside, terminal, security and passenger operations. This hands-on role covers business continuity planning, incident preparedness, training, exercising and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain an organisation-wide resilience and business continuity framework
- Lead Business Impact Assessments and maintain Tier-1 and Tier-2 continuity plans
- Develop and govern a suite of SOPs to support disruption activation, continuity and recovery
- Design and deliver training and exercising programs, from executive incident leadership to operational readiness
- Provide advice, coordination and decision support during incidents and disruptions, including post-incident reviews
- Partner with internal stakeholders at multiple levels and external agencies
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in business continuity, resilience, emergency management or operational risk within aviation, transport, infrastructure or other critical services
- Proven ability to design enterprise frameworks and translate complex risks into simple, executable plans
- Strong stakeholder management skills across executive, operational and multi-agency environments
- Confident leading training, exercises and reviews that drive genuine capability uplift
- Calm, structured and decisive under pressure
