About the Role
As a Lead Trainer, you'll lead by example to inspire and develop Star Aviation's people, preparing, delivering, assessing and evaluating training programs that build knowledge, skill and confidence across the team at Western Sydney International Airport.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver courses in accordance with Training Packages and industry requirements
- Support and supervise employees completing their Training Plans
- Participate in validation, moderation and internal/external audits
- Maintain accurate student and course records and reporting
- Champion Star Aviation's safety culture across the training function
Essential Requirements
- Thorough understanding of the aviation industry
- Highly organised with strong stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
