Airservices Australia is delivering the OneSKY Australia Program, the future Civil Military Air Traffic Management System (CMATS), in partnership with the Department of Defence, transforming how Australian airspace is managed.
The Opportunity
As OneSKY Training Delivery Specialist (18-month fixed-term, based in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Canberra), you'll lead the planning, development, implementation and governance of training solutions supporting Airservices' operational personnel transitioning to next-generation air traffic management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead identification and capture of training requirements for OneSKY capabilities including CMATS and BVCS
- Design, develop, review and maintain training documentation including Training Needs Analyses, Plans, Courseware and Assessments
- Coordinate contractor-delivered training activities, nominations, certifications and reporting
- Develop training governance, reporting and oversight mechanisms
- Build relationships with program leaders, subject matter experts and Defence stakeholders
Essential Requirements
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
- Experience designing, developing and implementing training programs in operational environments
- Experience supporting complex change, transformation or technology implementation
- Australian citizen; AGSVA security clearance required
