About the Role
Surfers Paradise Helicopters is seeking casual Helicopter Ride Attendants to join the ground operations team at its Main Beach heliport, supporting safe, efficient and professional passenger operations. Not a flying position, but valuable operational exposure for those undertaking Commercial Pilot Licence training.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely assist passengers during briefing, boarding and disembarkation
- Support flight crew with pre- and post-flight ground operations
- Assist guests in a professional, courteous and safety-focused manner
- Ensure luggage and personal items are handled and stowed appropriately
- Work closely with front-of-house staff, pilots and other ground crew
Essential Requirements
- Safety-focused, able to follow procedures carefully and consistently
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Customer-service oriented, calm and professional manner
- Right to live and work in Australia
