About the Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and driven Commercial Manager to join our Front Office Department, helping to deliver world-class support to clients in critical and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Find new business opportunities for site growth throughout the region
- Increase Support By the Hour (SBH) penetration within the region
- Negotiate new contract agreements with customers
- Report on and achieve contract budget performance and target equipment turn times
- Ensure customers receive world-class commercial support
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative team for collective performance
- Regular travel to attend trade shows and visit customers
Skills & Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, and/or Engineering (highly regarded)
- Experience in a Regional OEM Customer Service or Commercial Sales team
- Strong sales focus with robust negotiating skills
- Understanding of contractual terms and aviation regulations
- Good knowledge of the regional aviation customer base
