About the Role
Microflite is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. This position may be offered as either Permanent Part-Time or Full-Time Permanent, depending on the successful candidate’s skills, experience and availability. Based primarily at our premium Batman Park location in Melbourne’s CBD, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating bookings, tours, charters, events and passenger services. As part of our regular roster, applicants must be available to work at least one weekend day each week, and be willing to work from our Head Office at Moorabbin Airport as required.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
- Manage bookings for tourism experiences, charter flights, packages and special events
- Prepare quotes, confirmations and schedules, and coordinate passenger manifests
- Liaise with operations staff, pilots and third-party providers to ensure seamless, premium experiences
- Handle inquiries, payments and customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Welcome guests warmly to our premium lounges, tailoring their experience to their needs
- Ensure our lounges, helipads and reception areas reflect our commitment to luxury and excellence
- Support smooth daily operations across both Batman Park and Moorabbin locations
