About the Role
A Check-In Crew member is sought at Weipa Airport, providing exceptional customer experiences to airline travellers, including document verification, seat assignment, boarding pass issuance, baggage management and gate boarding assistance.
Key Duties
- Greet customers warmly at check-in and process travel documents
- Assign seats and issue boarding passes and baggage reclaim vouchers
- Assist with gate boarding procedures
- Marshal passengers and manage disruptions as needed
Essential Requirements
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Ability to pass Drug, Alcohol and Audio tests, and obtain an ASIC card
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Commitment to a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight and 2 weeks full-time paid training
