About the Role
Wilson Aviation is seeking motivated individuals who are interested in pursuing a specialist career in Aviation Security. The ideal candidates will be self-driven, proactive, and possess a keen eye for detail, all while demonstrating a passion for exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough security screenings of passengers and baggage while providing a positive customer service experience
- Ensure compliance with security procedures and regulatory requirements
- Provide a safe and exceptional customer driven experience for passengers and visitors
- Communicate professionally and promptly in all customer interactions
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in an aviation, customer service or security role
- Certificate 2 in Transport Security Protection is an advantage but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- The ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- The ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening test
- Full unlimited right to work in Australia
