About the Role
McDermott Aviation is seeking qualified LAMEs and AMEs for multiple full-time and casual positions supporting the maintenance and continued airworthiness of its operational helicopter fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to ensure aircraft serviceability and operational availability.
- Conduct maintenance in accordance with OEM, regulatory and company-approved data.
- Complete maintenance certification and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Report defects, damage and maintenance issues in accordance with company procedures.
- Liaise with Operations and the Director of Maintenance as required.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance and professionalism.
- Provide guidance and support to team members under your supervision.
Essential Requirements
- CASA B1.3 Licence, NZCAA Licence, or equivalent (or working towards CASA licence recognition).
- Sound knowledge of civil aviation regulations and compliance requirements.
- Relevant industry experience.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an ASIC.
- Ability to successfully complete DAMP testing.
