The Opportunity
Multiple B1/B2 LAME Aircraft Maintenance Engineer opportunities based at Sydney International Airport, Mascot, commencing later this year. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, dismantle, inspect, test and repair aircraft parts, engines and electrical systems
- Perform troubleshooting, defect rectification and built-in testing
- Perform routine pre-flight line maintenance checks and inspections
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and certifications
Essential Requirements
- AQF Certificate IV in Aeroskills or trade certificate in AME
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a licensed AME
- Unrestricted CASA Licence Cat B1/B2 with a relevant type rating (A320, A350, A330, A380, B737, B747, B777 or B787)
- Ability to obtain a red ASIC and pass extensive background checks
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time, domestically and internationally
