About the Role
An energetic, committed Full-Time Store Manager is sought for Relay at Perth Airport, a dynamic store offering newspapers, books, magazines, stationery, confectionery and tech accessories for busy travellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the standard for service and style as the face of the store
- Create meaningful customer connections
- Lead, coach and inspire the team to hit targets
- Manage store operations with accountability and attention to detail
- Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards
Essential Requirements
- Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail environment
- Strong communication and coaching abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Valid working rights and eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
