The Opportunity
Casual Chef joining a new Back of House team supporting six large-scale Food & Beverage venues being progressively developed at Sunshine Coast Airport over the next 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and presentation standards
- Assist with food prep, portioning and stock rotation
- Maintain food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
Essential Requirements
- Commercial kitchen or food production experience preferred
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Food Safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to obtain an ASIC
