The Opportunity
Cafe Food Supervisor leading the food offering at the airport café, working alongside the Café Manager. Monday–Friday only, no weekend or public holiday work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead food preparation and presentation
- Develop and evolve the café menu
- Prepare premium barista coffee (or develop these skills)
- Support the Café Manager with day-to-day operations
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards; assist with ordering and stock
Essential Requirements
- Strong experience preparing fresh café food
- Café, hospitality, cook or chef experience
- Barista experience highly regarded
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities
