The Opportunity
Full-time Assistant Store Manager for the Duty-Free sales team at Adelaide Airport, supporting the Store Manager in driving team performance and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team day-to-day
- Deliver strong customer experiences on every interaction
- Support the Store Manager in performance and engagement
- Set presentation and service standards
- Coach and give feedback to grow the team
- Step up to manage store operations when needed
Essential Requirements
- Experience in a similar leadership role in high-energy retail
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Flexibility for rotating shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card (ASIC)
