Casual Passenger Service Delivery Agent at Adelaide International Airport, working 4-hour shifts on a 7-day rotating roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-standard customer service for client airlines
- Carry out passenger check-in and related duties
- Assist passengers during disruptions or requiring special assistance
- Ensure 100% On Time Performance for scheduled departures
Essential Requirements
- Customer service experience desirable
- Ability to handle baggage up to 32kg
- Willing to complete ASIC clearance and pre-employment medical/drug testing
