The Opportunity
Senior, front-line Regional Director Sales Australasia role owning sales performance across the regional portfolio and contributing to APAC growth priorities. Open to candidates based anywhere in Australia willing to reside in an East Coast CBD — Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. Relocation assistance available.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Managers across the regional portfolio
- Deliver sales performance across Australasia, supporting wider APAC objectives
- Develop and execute sales strategies that grow customer value and loyalty
- Build trusted relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders
- Drive new business development and commercial closure of opportunities
- Bring together Jet Aviation's MRO, Aircraft Management and FBO offering
- Represent Jet Aviation at industry events and provide market insight reporting
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business or related field
- 10+ years relevant sales experience, including leadership across complex B2B environments
- Demonstrated success in strategic account growth and new business development
- Strong APAC market understanding and matrix-organisation experience
- Willingness to travel frequently across APAC
Pay
Base from AUD $122,500 + Super + Sales Incentives; Midpoint Range income AUD $175,000 p.a., dependent on experience.
