The Opportunity
Join Cathay Pacific as a Cargo Sales & Services Officer in this permanent, full-time role based in Sydney, supporting day-to-day cargo operations through customer service, sales support, flight preparation and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cargo reservations and bookings
- Check and review post-flight documentation, preparing reports for crew and customs
- Coordinate between engineering, airport operations, air traffic control and vendors
- Coordinate cargo service activities between sales, operations and ground handling
- Assist in managing Ground Handling Agent and supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal safety, security and quality requirements
Essential Requirements
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Proven planning and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent MS Office and digital skills
- Ability to work independently and within a wider regional team
