The Opportunity
Graduate/early-career Cargo Services Officer supporting day-to-day cargo operations for international airline partners from the Sydney (Mascot) office, reporting to the National Sales Manager. Full training provided, no prior aviation experience required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day cargo operations for a portfolio of airline partners
- Use airline cargo reservation systems to manage bookings and movements
- Complete data entry and maintain operational records
- Assist with customer enquiries, quotations, invoicing and month-end reporting
- Support flight planning and sales/marketing activities
Essential Requirements
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using technology and learning new systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn (no experience required)
