About the Role
Join the Perth team as a full-time Catering Attendant and play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for passengers onboard some of the world's top airlines, working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen to ensure flights are fully stocked and ready for service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, portion and plate meals following visual presentation guides
- Assemble meal trays to airline specifications and load them into airline carts
- Stock airline carts with packaged food, beverages and equipment
- Load and unload dishwashers with cutlery, crockery and glassware, ensuring items are clean and in perfect condition
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace safety policies, including HACCP, IFSA and QSAI standards
Essential Requirements
- Full ongoing working rights in Australia
- Ability to pass pre-employment checks, including a National Police Check and medical assessment
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and the ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong commitment to safety, hygiene and compliance
- Good communication and basic numeracy skills
- Basic knife skills
