Cabin Crew – Perth Base
Not all Cabin Crew roles are the same, and this one is a little different. Based in Perth, most of our flying sees you home the same day. If you’re looking for variety in aviation without being away from home for days at a time, this could be the role for you. We’re looking for people who enjoy working with others, stay calm under pressure, and take pride in delivering a safe and positive experience onboard. As men are currently underrepresented in our Cabin Crew team, we particularly encourage applications from men interested in pursuing a career in aviation and customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming passengers and setting the tone for the flight
- Delivering clear safety briefings and ensuring compliance
- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Supporting passengers with additional needs
- Working as part of a close-knit crew
- Managing unexpected situations calmly and professionally
What We’re Looking For
- A strong customer service background (hospitality, retail, healthcare or similar)
- Confident, calm and able to think clearly under pressure
- Friendly, approachable and team-focused
- Safety-focused with great attention to detail
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- At least 3 years’ work experience in a customer-facing role
- RSA and First Aid/CPR (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to meet roster requirements, including very early starts, weekends and peak periods
Desirable (but not essential)
- Certificate III in Aviation (Cabin Crew)
- Prior aviation experience
