About the Role
A 24-month fixed-term opportunity based at Welshpool, Perth. As Cabin Ground Trainer you will lead Ground School training and assessments in Emergency Procedures, Dangerous Goods, and Human Factors for Cabin Crew operating on F100, A319, and A320 aircraft. You will also contribute to the continuous development and improvement of training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate ground training and supporting documentation for crew
- Maintain equipment, knowledge, and awareness related to ground training programs
- Sign off on regulatory training (dangerous goods, aircraft evacuation) being met
- Report all incidents and hazards and ensure investigations are undertaken
- Conduct safety observations and inspections; manage identified issues
- Report missed and failed training to senior management
About You
- Demonstrated people leadership and willingness to coach and develop others
- Strategic thinking with the ability to motivate and engage others
- Forward thinking with ability to coordinate and foresee upcoming requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar position or operational role such as Cabin Crew
