About the Role
The Senior Logistics Supervisor plans, directs and manages logistics activities across procurement, storage, security, freight, inventory control and asset management for the CTC-LIS contract, based across depot, Defence garrison and field exercise environments in Townsville.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the logistics team to deliver service excellence
- Manage integrated logistics support to maximise contractual compliance and efficiency
- Oversee spares planning, purchasing, repair, maintenance and dispatch activities
- Coordinate annual inventory verification, discrepancy reconciliation and reporting
- Manage asset disposal, warranty lifecycle and licence renewals
Essential Requirements
- Ability to attain and maintain a minimum Defence Security Clearance of Baseline
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and delivering high-performance outcomes
- Strong logistics and maintenance management knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
