About the Role
Aviair is looking for a highly motivated and friendly individual to come onboard as Client Experience Officer at its Kununurra base, acting as the first point of contact in ensuring clients have an amazing time on scenic flights to Mitchell Falls, waterfall helicopter adventures, and guided walks through the Bungle Bungle Range.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the reservations experience and provide operational support to fixed wing flights
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face
- Maintain product knowledge of all tours and accommodation offered by Aviair, HeliSpirit, Bungle Bungle Guided Tours, East Kimberley Tours and Bungle Bungle Savannah Lodge
- Manage booking details with Tour Hosts and drivers ahead of departures, ensuring coach and cruise bookings are correctly entered into Reservations systems
- Operate check-in and dispatch flight procedures
- Collate and develop daily reports
Essential Requirements
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to be self-motivated and work without supervision
- Approachable and friendly, with a can-do attitude
