About the Role

At Airnorth, we fly to some of the most breathtaking destinations in Australia and abroad, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our Darwin-based Cabin Crew team. As a member of our Cabin Crew, you’ll wear our prestigious uniform with pride, embodying the values and excellence that Airnorth stands for. We’re on the lookout for motivated, responsible and safety-conscious individuals to ensure our passengers’ comfort and safety on every flight.
Upcoming Ground School commences 10 August 2026 and spans up to 4 weeks, where our expert trainers will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel. A sign-on bonus is provided upon commencement of employment.
What We Need From You
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- A valid passport with a minimum of 12 months validity
- Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages, including Tetum, an advantage)
- Meet the height requirements (between 155cm and 175cm)
- Current First Aid certificate including CPR from a recognised Australian provider
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality
- Ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), which involves a police check
- Undertake a pre-employment medical
- Ability to swim 50 metres unaided
- Ability to work a flexible 24/7 roster (including weekends, public holidays and peak periods) with reliable transportation
