About the Role
Aviair is looking for highly motivated and friendly individuals to join as Ground Handlers/Aircraft Detailers at its Broome airport base. Aviation experience is preferred but not essential, with full training and ongoing support provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform aircraft and vehicle cleaning as well as maintenance of facilities
- Provide ground support in dispatch and receipt of flights
- Support aircrew by preparing and securing aircraft, and handling passengers and freight
- Operate and drive aircraft service equipment
- Conduct bus transfers as required for passengers and freight
- Maintain records and documentation of service and cleaning activities
- Comply with company policies and procedures, site security procedures, and the Drug and Alcohol Management Plan
Essential Requirements
- Current driver's licence, including a manual licence
- Efficient time management and impeccable attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Good physical fitness
- Ability to obtain an ASIC
