The Opportunity

ACESGroup is seeking an experienced Security Control Room Operator / Team Leader to join its team at South Bank in Brisbane, maintaining site safety and security within a dynamic, crowded environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV and physical security systems as Control Room Operator
Conduct regular visible patrols and respond to incidents
Provide customer assistance and welfare support
Prepare reports, logs and escalate incidents when required
Operate ACESGroup's technology platforms to support site safety and reporting

Essential Requirements

QLD Security Licence; current RSA Competency Card; current First Aid and CPR
Understanding of security arrangements for a crowded place
Full QLD driver licence; ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
White Card, Fire Warden and Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
