About the Role
Airbus Australia Pacific is seeking an Aircraft Technical Lead for its Darwin team, bridging maintenance strategy and front-line execution to support the ARH (Tiger) Platform, ensuring maintenance outcomes meet Australian Defence Force standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance teams to deliver contracted outcomes, focused on availability and Rate of Effort targets
- Maintain the Maintenance Planning Enablement Tool (MPET) and Unit Maintenance Plan (UMP)
- Champion DASR Part 145 and Part M compliance
- Act as a key link between maintenance, support engineering and the customer
- Drive continuous improvement using LEAN practices and risk-based thinking
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' technical or maintenance management experience in aviation
- Extensive background in maintenance management systems, including CAMM2
- Diploma in Aeroskills or Aviation Maintenance Licence (B or C level LAME/MAML)
- Eligibility for Australian Defence Force Security Clearance
